Chipped, wheels missing, and no ladder. This model had a crude ladder. The holes in the bodywork suggest that there may have been a plan to fit it with appliances and ladder. This will be my attempt to recreate what the ladder may have looked like. The restriction will be the size of the box. There may have been a separate box or a different box, but the original box had images of all 4 models available under the name Toby Toys. So, much fiddling with size and shape, but the end result, I think, looks the part, and it does fit in the box, just. I added hooks to support short ladders, or perhaps buckets. Now for the firemen.....
